Is moral sovereignty part of the “inalienable rights of Man.” Not yet.

What are some ways to overcome a theory and state of rights that does NOT spring from a reaction only to threats and other forms of violence? In discourses throughout world history, politicians, statesmen, ecclesiastical authorities and the People have laid claim to the authority of a moral sovereign as enshrined in law. This same law has been discussed through the ages in several different forms, as self-rule (Swaraj) and Parliamentary Democracy in most others. Here are two snapshots of what these also look like;
